Check in is from 3.00 pm. If your apartment is ready sooner you can check in earlier. Otherwise you are welcome to leave your luggage in a space provided by us.

We ask that all our guests give us the approximate arrival time. If a arrival time is not as discussed, we would appreciate a short telephone call.

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by latest at 9.00 am. Luggage can be leave in a space provided by us.

he house has ample parking which is free of charge.

On request it is possible to order fresh bread. What is brought to you every day early in the morning to your apartment door. (Except Sundays)

he WiFi is free and accessible throughout the house up to 2GB.

[wc_accordion_section title=”Smoking ban”]

There is a strict non-smoking policy throughout the appertments. Outside the front door, and on all balconies you will find ashtrays.

[wc_accordion_section title=”Ski- and Mountain bike room”]

There’s a ski boot dryer and plenty of storage space for skis and snowboards available for each guest. Your bikes can be safely stored in the storage room.

In Austria, we go to a strict separation of waste, due to which we ask our guests to observe them if possible. A detailed list can be found in the kitchen and in the garbage room.

The ski bus stop is right in front of the house. The ski bus runs 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the afternoon each from the Giggijochstation to the house and back again. You can also go directly on piste No 21/22 form the apartment.

Until 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge, from 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 40%, from 1 month to 1 week 70% and the last week before arrival we provide 90% of the total price.
